Sora and Kairi are in this series because of the whole concept of Kingdom Hearts. The main storyline was this boy who is given a incredible gift goes to different worlds, worlds that we know from the Disney Franchise and meet all of our favorite characters. That was one of the best things that could happen to anybody, and it made perfect sense for a crossover, so we use some of the Kingdom Hearts story to help expand how were Buster and Babs going to meet all these crazy, wild characters for the very first time. Sora is a brave young boy, he is relentless, but he is naive and a little headstrong. But, Sora was one of the first hand pick kids while we were choosing who would be in the team, because we needed someone besides Babs to always lookout for Buster, be his wing man and someone that Buster can talk to about his problems and about growing up. That is part of the journey that these kids are getting to be a part of society in a way that was not expected. And that goes for Kairi as well, we really wanted Kairi to be a bigger part of the mission unlike how she was in the video game, so we could bring out what is best about Kairi. And putting Kairi as the protective older figurative sister to T.K. added in a new element that you see that Kairi is giggly, she's tomboyish, but she is very sweet, and warm and loving, and she became a big part of was that the show is now, that is how we made Sora and Kairi key members of the Tiny Toons. We want to show the love this team of crazy kids show for each other that is the heart of the show .
