I think a another important element that we put in Buster and Company that everyone liked is the villains. Everyone knows that you can't have light without shadows, and in order to bring in the good, you have to give in the darkness first. When we were just starting Buster and Company, we were originally just going to have the major Disney Villains to be fighting them, like Maleficent, who became the very first main antagonist, Jafar, Cruella DeVil, Ursula, Captain Hook, Hades, the Queen of Hearts, Dr. Faciller, Yzma, Kaa, everybody just love to hate these guys. But, just bringing in Disney Villains wouldn't be has fun, if we had heroes from not just Disney, we could also bring in as many villains from other shows as we can like Batman, Spiderman, TMNT, Ben 10, Kim Possible, and so much more. And Peg Leg Pete was a main antagonist for season two, but he decided to bring him in as a recurring villain for the other season because he is very smart and menacing, but he can be a moron and be very funny with a good back story. Pete was a resident at the Magic Kingdom, he kept on causing trouble, so Mickey banished him to another dimension until Maleficent brought him out and she  made him work for her to get back at Mickey and anyone else who helps him. Carl the Evil Cockroach Wizard who is one villain I wanted to put in, we really wanted him to be Buster's archenemy. We wanted Carl to have it out for Buster, because Buster has everything Carl doesn't have, Buster is very much loved by his family, he has good friends, and he has a heart of gold, but Carl is hated and ignore by his mother because she loves his brother Herman, who is more a success than Carl by having a army, and that makes sense having to be jealous of your enemy having a better life than you. The Trix are just fun to have, the archenemies of the Winx, Stormy, who is the aggressive and short tempered one, Darcy, she is more of the sly, devious, cunning sister, and their leader and the oldest is Icy, is just the cold hearted girl you could ever meet. She has it out more for Bloom, because they're polar opposites and sometimes we like to have Buster and Icy duked it, for the action and for laughs. Bebop and Rocksteady are the funniest very villains ever, in the 2012 series, they're not as smart just like in the 1987 series, but they do mean business, so we had to bring them in. Other villains are also great because we use them as rivals to the Tiny Toons, like Babs and Shego, Kairi and Charmcaster, T.K. and Harley Quinn, who is one of my favorite villains. The villains we use depends on what are the stories we tell in episodes, we have a new story with a new villain that is that is never heard from forever, we could probably do that. But if we have a story to test the Tiny Toons' minds, we will someone like the Riddler. The reason to have villains just not just so a story can have a bad guy, it is to give your hero a challenge, giving heroes the chance to shine in the spotlight and doing everything in their power to conquer and do what they think is right in their mind. I think that is why we love to hate villains.
